World women marathon record holder Brigid Kosgei will lead a stellar team Kenya Women Marathon for the World Athletics Championships slated to be held from August 19 to 27 in Budapest, Hungary.
The 29 year-old who is also the Tokyo marathon silver medallist will tag along the reigning Tokyo Marathon Rosemary Wanjiru and reigning Commonwealth Games 10,000m bronze medallist, Sheila Chepkirui.
The women reserve team will be led by Margaret Wanjiru and Selly Chepyego.
