Chepngeno will also battle her compatriots, the 2016 World Half Marathon silver medallist Cynthia Jerotich, reigning Runners’ Lab Halve Marathon champion, Viola Chepngeno and reigning Vienna City Marathon Vivian Chepkirui and Mary Munanu who finished second at the Atlanta Half Marathon early this year.
United States 10,000m record holder, Molly Huddle and Great Britain’s Jess Piasecki will also be on the start line to fight for honors.
