Two times world cross country champion Geoffrey kamworor beat Daniel Simiu at the National Police Cross Country Championships held on Friday (06) at Ngong Racecourse, Nairobi.
The 30 year-old reclaimed his title after beating the reigning Commonwealth Games 10,000m silver medallist Daniel Simiu Ebenyo when he cut the tape in a time of 29:46.9 with the latter coming home in second in 29:46.9.
Josephat Kiprotich closed the first three podium finishes in 30:43.9.
Joseph Kiptum and Edwin Kiplagat finished in fourth and fifth place in a time of 30:53.2 and 30:56.8 respectively.
