World U20 800m silver medallist, Noah Kibet and Daniel Kiptoo sailed to the men’s 800m semi-finals at the ongoing World Athletics U20 Championships being held in Cali, Colombia.

Kibet, who this year wrote history as the youngest ever World Indoor silver medallist, took the honors in the second heat with a time of 1:51.37 while Kiptoo finished second in heat five after timing 1:50.96
