Olympic 100m Champion, Marcell Jacobs took the top honors in 60m race that was held on Friday (4) evening at the ISTAF INDOOR in Berlin.
The 27 year-old beat the defending champion Arthur Cisse from the Ivory Coast’ when he cut the tape in a European lead of 6:51 with Cisse coming home in second place in 6.60. France’s Jimmy Vicaut closed the first three podium finishes in 6.61.
Jacobs switched from long jump in 2018 and he decided to rest for the remainder of 2021 after his surprise double success in Tokyo
