World U20 champion Solomon Lekuta was beaten by European silver medallist champion Andreas Kramer at the Goteborg Athletics Grand Prix, a European Athletics Outdoor Classic Permit Meeting, on Saturday (18).
The 21 year-old Swedish missed his Swedish record of 1:45.03 which he set in Karlstad last month when he beat Lekuta to second place in the 800m race cutting the tape in 1:45.27 ahead of the Under 20 champion who crossed the line in second place with 1:46.00. Poland’s Mateusz Borkowski come in third with 1:46.97.
