Jackline Jeptanui runs fifth fastest time in Palermo

Kenya’s Jackline Jeptanui ran the fifth fastest time at the 27th edition of the Palermo Marathon held on Sunday (20) in Palermo, Italy.

Jeptanui who ran on the rainy course solo clocked 2:38.44 to claim the title with Italy Denise Zacco coming home in second twenty seven minutes later while her compatriot Simona Sorvillo cloed the podium three finishes in 3:25.16
