The Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) has banned Fernando Ferreira of Brazil for three months for the presence of a prohibited substance (Carboxy-THC), which is a breach of the World Athletics Anti-Doping Rules.
Ferreira provided a urine Sample, In-Competition, at the ‘True Athletes Classics’ held in Leverkusen, Germany, which was given code 1032104 (the “Sample”) on On 28 August 2022.
The 27-year-old high jumpers disqualification of the results starts from August 28, 2022, with all resulting Consequences, including the forfeiture of any titles, awards, medals, points prizes and appearance money.
The AIU has banned Fernando Ferreira of Brazil for 3 months from 16 November 2022 for the presence of a prohibited substance (Carboxy-THC). DQ results on 28 August 2022.
