World 10,000m champion Mo Farah won his first Great Manchester 10km Run that was held on Sunday (20) in Manchester.
Farah outsprinted Ugandan Moses Kipsiro to cut the tape in 28:27, the Ugandan came in second a second later.

Kenya’s Abel Kirui closed the podium three finish in 28:52.
