Kenya’s Dennis Kipkosgei took the top honors at the Rock n Roll Atlantic City Half marathon held on Sunday (15) in Atlantic City, USA.
The 26 year old endure the chilly weather as he pulled away from the lead group at 15km mark and he never looked back as he ran the remaining 6km solo to cut the tape in a time of 1:04.21.
Kipkosgei was followed a distant later by United States Trevor Conde who crossed the finish line 1:07.48 with his compatriot Arturs Bareikis closing the podium three finishes in 1:10.40.
Ethiopia’s Hirut Guangu and Jane Bareikis came home in fourth and fifth place in a time of 1:14.46 and 1:16.06 respectively.
