Kenyan Betty Lempus smashed the race course record of the Paris half-marathon was held on Sunday (6) in Paris, France.
The previous record of 1:07.55 that was set in 2012 by Pauline Njeri was broken when she set a new course reord of 1:05.46.
Lempus was followed a distant later by Jackline Chepngeno who pulled 1:09.07 to take the second position with Mathilde Le Dantec from France closing the podium three first finishes in 1:14.55
