Eritrea’s Berhane Tsegay Tekle broke the race course at the 43rd edition of the Copenhagen Marathon that was held on Sunday (15) in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The 39 year-old who came to this race with a personal best of 2:12.25 that he got at the Cannes Marathon where he finished in fourth place cut off almost four minutes from his personal best as he erased the old course record of 2:09.54 that was set in 2019 by Jackson Limo from Kenya, setting a new course record and personal best of 2:08.23.
