World Indoor 1500m bronze medallist, Abel Kipsang added another huge title to his name as he took the African 1500m race at the just concluded 22nd edition of the Africa Senior Championships in Reduit, Mauritius.
Kipsang who has been in great form this season took the honors in a time of 3:36.57 and was followed by the new kid on block Ryan Mphahlele from South Africa in 3:36.74 with Kipkeino Classic bronze medalist Adehena Embaye from Ethiopia closing the podium three finishes in 3:38.31.
The 2016 World U20 Champion, Kumari Taki and the 2019 World Cross Country champion, Tedese Lemi Urgesa from Ethiopia finishing in 3:3827 and 3:39.54 respectively.
